Our website ogpc.info collects no personal data. As part of registering in the Team Management System, we collect the following information:

  • Gender (optional - for demographic information about participants)
  • Grade level (for demographic information about participants and contest rule enforcement)
  • City/State of residence (for geographic statistics on program reach)
  • Any other data you chose to upload as part of your team’s entry in the competition

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

TMS allows You to create an account and log in through the following third-party social media services:

  • Google
  • Facebook

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, we will collect your name and email address from the data that is already associated with your Third-Party Social Media Service.

Displaying your OGPC Entry

Your first name and last initial are displayed to anyone who views your team’s profile.

Any documents you upload to your Team’s entry will be visible to anyone who views the entry page.

OGPC may disclose Your personal data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation such as a court order or law enforcement
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with TMS
  • Protect the personal safety of users of the services or the public
